What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound voice communications regarding customer accounts and transactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve customer queries and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
- Proactively suggest improvements to existing SOPs and support strategies.
- Perform outbound calls for marketing-related concerns and assist with application documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement changes that improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines.
- Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Experience in multi-channel customer support (phone, email, chat).
- Amenable to working in shifting schedules, including morning, afternoon, and graveyard shifts.
- Proficiency in Google Suite programs and strong analytical skills.
