What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound voice communications regarding customer accounts and transactions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve customer queries and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
• Proactively suggest improvements to existing SOPs and support strategies.
• Perform outbound calls for marketing-related concerns and assist with application documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement changes that improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines.
• Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Experience in multi-channel customer support (phone, email, chat).
• Amenable to working in shifting schedules, including morning, afternoon, and graveyard shifts.
• Proficiency in Google Suite programs and strong analytical skills.
