What you will do
- Take initial customer calls and answer general questions regarding company products and services.
- Refer callers to appropriate resources including inbound sales, billing, technical support, etc.
- Follow-up to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipment tracing, returned goods, etc.
- Determine caller eligibility for technical support and transfers calls to technical support queues.
- Document customer concerns and forwards complaint trends to appropriate departments.
Requirements
- Requires broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired from advanced education.
- Typically requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years functional experience.
