What you will do
- Interact with clients through various channels including voice, chat, and email to resolve banking inquiries.
- Process customer requests and complaints end-to-end while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Identify and correct system-generated responses to ensure accurate service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets and turnaround times.
- Maintain flexibility to switch between different communication channels and processes as business needs evolve.
- Report deviations and incidents to ensure operational integrity.
Requirements
- Must be based in Manila and able to work onsite at One Ayala Tower 2.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- College graduate or equivalent professional experience in the Banking domain, ideally in a BPO or Shared Service environment.
- Ability to work various shifts including mornings, mid-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to obtain required professional certifications within set timeframes.
