What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global product design function.
• Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, and writers.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process from discovery and ideation to final UI implementation.
• Implement design systems and frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency at scale.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product experiences.
• Champion design excellence and user-centric thinking across all organizational levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX strategy, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience designing for digital products at scale, preferably in fintech, crypto, or e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design strategy and end-to-end product design.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.

Nice to have

• Background in behavioral science, design psychology, or UX research.
• Prior experience in payments, digital wallets, or blockchain industries.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
