Product Designer

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid working model with 2 days from home. Working from abroad is possible for up to 2 weeks.

hirify.global develops a Flights & Train booking platform for airline operations and crew planning professionals.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX and QA perspective for the Flights & Train booking platform.
• Turn complex booking logic into clear workflows and features with fewer errors and surprises.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and screen designs in Figma, then validate and iterate them.
• Conduct lightweight UX research, usability checks, and user-behaviour analysis with Amplitude and Chameleon.
• Prototype with AI tools or directly in code when this is the fastest way to validate an idea.
• Refine user stories and communicate UX decisions to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, optimised user flows, and measurable usability improvements.
• Fluency in Figma for flows, wireframing, screen design, and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, edge cases, and detail-oriented UX work.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain and defend UX decisions.
• Autonomous approach and ability to work effectively with a senior full-stack team.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, aviation, logistics, or reservation systems.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system or component library.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and development workflows.
