Senior Product Designer, Integrity (AI)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global One North office in Singapore

What you will do

• Create user-centric solutions for internal and enterprise web tools and mobile applications.
• Apply design thinking and craft skills across visual, interaction, content, and information architecture design.
• Lead design initiatives in complex problem spaces with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Contribute to product strategy, design systems, and system-wide design approaches.
• Conduct and facilitate design processes, user research, validation, and knowledge sharing.
• Help evolve the design organization, design culture, and team processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct product design experience.
• Portfolio of recent design work in English demonstrating end-to-end contribution and project impact.
• Strong experience in user experience and interface design for web, mobile, or touch devices.
• Working knowledge of common mobile, web, and front-end development concepts.
• Experience with service design, user research, problem definition, validation, and delivery of product experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma, AI agent tools, and AI-powered design workflows for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and design-to-code processes.
