Senior Product Designer (Crypto)

Location: Global / Dubai / Hong Kong / Singapore; Remote

hirify.global's product department develops CoinGlass products for crypto derivatives, market data, and on-chain data.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design, from user research and information architecture through interaction design, prototyping, UI design, and usability validation.
• Translate derivatives data, funding rates, open interest, liquidations, contract metrics, and on-chain data into clear and efficient interfaces.
• Create visual materials for products, brand communications, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and events.
• Use user feedback, behavioral data, and usability testing to improve the product experience.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, marketing, and growth teams on feasible and scalable design solutions.
• Maintain design system components, visual standards, icon systems, and design guidelines while participating in design reviews and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product or UX design experience with a strong end-to-end product design portfolio.
• Proven graphic and visual design experience, including brand visuals, marketing materials, illustrations, or campaigns.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability, responsive design, and design systems.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus experience working with remote, cross-regional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto, derivatives, exchanges, data platforms, or fintech products.
• Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, real-time charts, or trading interfaces.
• Experience contributing to design systems, user research, usability testing, or data-informed design.
• Mandarin proficiency.
• Experience in high-growth startups or global product teams.
