What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global product design function.
• Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, and writers.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product experiences.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process from discovery to final UI implementation.
• Implement design systems and frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency at scale.
• Champion user-centric thinking and integrate data-driven insights into design decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in France, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Singapore, or Ukraine.
• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX strategy with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience designing digital products at scale in fintech, crypto, or e-commerce.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in behavioral science, design psychology, or UX research.
• Prior experience in payments, digital wallets, or blockchain industries.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
