What you will do
- Lead product design projects from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Brand Marketing, Data Analysts, Legal, and Trust & Safety.
- Contribute to product strategy, experimentation, roadmap discussions, and business-impacting initiatives.
- Design mobile-first experiences for iOS and Android with strong usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
- Use analytics, user feedback, research, and competitive insights to guide decisions; create prototypes and test concepts.
- Evolve ’s design system and advocate for high-quality, pragmatic user experiences.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally consumer mobile applications.
- Ability to own projects from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration.
- Strong visual design skills combined with solid product thinking.
- Experience using data, research, and user feedback to guide design decisions.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Willingness to work from the Paris office regularly under the hybrid policy.
