What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for crypto trading solutions aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive offerings in cryptocurrency trading.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and customer support to deliver product development and launches.
• Work with UX/UI teams to create intuitive trading interfaces that improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, collect user feedback, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Ensure trading products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in cryptocurrency or financial services, with strong understanding of crypto trading platforms.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate insights into actionable product strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (MBA/advanced degree is a plus).
