Senior Product Manager (Web3): Spearheading the strategy, development, and growth of the DEX Institution Trading product with an accent on API design and developer experience. What you will do
- Define the product vision and roadmap for the DEX API, catering to algorithmic traders and institutional partners.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery of API features.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities in the DeFi space.
- Advocate for developers by gathering feedback and improving the overall API integration experience.
- Work with marketing and developer relations to create documentation, SDKs, and tutorials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, specifically with API products, trading systems, or FinTech.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and DEX ecosystems.
- Proven experience in defining and launching API products using REST and WebSocket standards.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with DEX aggregators, smart contracts, and cross-chain bridging.
- Proficiency in Mandarin for cross-team communication.
- Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies for institutional clients.
- Experience in building and managing developer communities.
