What you will do

• Oversee planning and iteration of VIP-related products, including benefit systems and exclusive offerings.
• Collaborate with VIP sales and institutional account managers to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
• Lead the design of VIP customer lifecycle management solutions to improve retention and engagement.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts with R&D, design, and risk control to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Analyze global market trends to formulate localized strategies for VIP clients across different regions.
• Utilize data analysis and competitor benchmarks to drive trading volume and AUM growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in product management or strategy.
• Deep understanding of Web3/Crypto, specifically institutional services, API trading, and VIP programs.
• Experience in CEXs, brokerages, or financial institutions serving high-net-worth clients.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Must have the current right to work in Singapore.
