What you will do
- Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, and Design teams to build and optimize user journeys from registration through KYC.
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for compliance-related features.
- Utilize quantitative analysis and qualitative research to drive product decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scale business operations while maintaining a best-in-class user experience.
- Monitor and move key metrics to achieve KPI goals in a data-driven environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or design-related field.
- Proven experience building and managing fintech compliance or KYC features.
- Familiarity with onboarding and KYC flows specific to crypto exchanges and fintech applications.
- Superior analytical skills with the ability to back up assumptions using hard data.
