What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create human-centric experiences aligned with business and brand strategies.
• Conduct research using various methodologies, including interviews, workshops, usability studies, and competitive analysis.
• Synthesize research findings into compelling presentation narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Develop experience architecture, including sitemaps and wireframes, to guide design and development.
• Create experience journeys and roadmaps that bring the brand to life in a meaningful way for users.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of agency or consultancy experience.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with the flexibility to adapt to evolving needs.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong skills in strategy, experience architecture, and recommendations.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro.
• Must be based in the USA for this hybrid role.
