What you will do

• Conduct user research using methodologies such as contextual inquiry and usability studies.
• Synthesize insights and translate strategy into experience architecture, sitemaps, and wireframes.
• Lead and mentor UX designers and experience team members through project delivery.
• Drive CX and UX strategy through high-level client engagements and strategic presentations.
• Maintain and grow enterprise client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify new opportunities for added value and additional scopes of work.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA for full-time positions.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of strategic thinking and craft.
• Experience working within an agency or consultancy environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience levels (5+ years for Senior, 8+ for Associate Director, 10-12+ for Directors).
