TL;DR
Experience Strategist (UX/CX): Designing and optimizing end-to-end digital experiences for enterprise clients with an accent on user research and experience architecture. Focus on translating complex strategic insights into actionable sitemaps, wireframes, and roadmaps.
Location: Must be based in the USA for full-time roles (Hybrid in Dallas, Los Angeles, San Diego, or Cincinnati); Remote available for contract opportunities.

What you will do
- Conduct user research using methodologies such as contextual inquiry and usability studies.
- Synthesize insights and translate strategy into experience architecture, sitemaps, and wireframes.
- Lead and mentor UX designers and experience team members through project delivery.
- Drive CX and UX strategy through high-level client engagements and strategic presentations.
- Maintain and grow enterprise client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify new opportunities for added value and additional scopes of work.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA for full-time positions.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of strategic thinking and craft.
- Experience working within an agency or consultancy environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience levels (5+ years for Senior, 8+ for Associate Director, 10-12+ for Directors).
