What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle retained and engaged executive searches for lateral law firm partners, General Counsel, and senior HR executives (CHROs, CPOs).
  • Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent landscape analysis to develop targeted search strategies.
  • Manage and expand external client accounts through a consultative, long-term relationship mindset.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities to build and grow a personal book of business.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on compensation, law firm economics, and partner portability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of executive search experience within an agency or external search firm environment.
  • Proven track record of recruiting lateral law firm partners, General Counsel, and C-level HR leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing external client accounts and growing revenue-generating books of business.
  • Deep understanding of law firm economics, partner portability, and corporate legal structures.
  • Must be based in one of the following approved markets: FL, CO, IL, MA, NH, RI, ME, CT, GA, SC, NC, TX.
  • Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
