What you will do

• Identify and assess financial, operational, credit, market, and liquidity risks affecting the institution.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies aligned with BSP regulations.
• Monitor key risk indicators and provide actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance risk governance and internal control measures.
• Prepare and present detailed risk reports for senior management, the Board of Directors, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on risk-related policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Broad technical expertise covering conduct of business matters and regulatory change.
• Proven track record of delivering process enhancements efficiently.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and convey risk concepts clearly.
