What you will do

• Perform AML assessments of flagged accounts and analyze customer transactions to identify suspicious activities.
• Conduct manual monitoring and user screening to ensure high-risk accounts are flagged for investigation.
• Review standard and enhanced due diligence documents, collaborating with internal stakeholders for accuracy.
• Prepare team reports and assist in updating the team’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Escalate potentially suspicious activities according to regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, legal management, or a related field.
• Understanding of relevant AML/CFT issuances, rules, and regulations.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a compliance or AML-related role is ideal, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Nice to have

• Certification as an AML Specialist or Sanctions Specialist (or willingness to be trained).
