What you will do

• Detect, mitigate, and manage AML compliance breaches and perform root cause and impact analysis.
• Assess current KYC/CDD/EDD processes and controls to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Manage AML regulatory reviews and coordinate compliance-related audits.
• Support AML projects, including process improvement and system implementation.
• Set and tune thresholds for AML/CTF related monitoring systems.
• Perform gap and risk impact analysis on current and incoming regulations to ensure control effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong communication skills to assert the importance of AML compliance to management.
• Proven leadership presence, risk assessment capability, and strong business acumen.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent analytical skills for senior management reporting.
