What you will do

• Manage Business Central as the primary business system and maintain a forward-looking enhancement roadmap.
• Align ERP development with data engineering and AI initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee daily system operations, including user permissions, security roles, and data integrity.
• Coordinate structured release cycles, sprint planning, and change management protocols.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft partners and third-party vendors (ISVs).
• Serve as the Business Central subject matter expert, providing user training and developing standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (on-prem or cloud).
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
• Deep understanding of financial and operational processes in a B2B environment.
• Experience with development lifecycle management, including sprint planning and release management.
• Ability to manage requirement backlogs and coordinate solution design.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL queries, and system integration principles.
