What you will do

• Act as the primary business owner for the stabilization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance module.
• Establish and lead the internal Finance Center of Excellence (CoE), serving as the ultimate escalation point for complex queries.
• Develop training materials and champion user adoption across the global finance team.
• Manage the backlog of financial system enhancements and evaluate Microsoft wave releases for operational benefits.
• Design and validate foundational financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting within D365 and Power BI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in senior finance or accounting roles.
• 3+ years of direct experience leading or co-leading at least one full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Fluency in both accounting principles (consolidations, month-end close) and system technicalities (data entities, configurations).
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and align multiple stakeholders.
• Strong change management skills to guide teams through major system transitions.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly preferred.
