Salary: $200,000–$250,000 USD

What you will do

• Architect system and product requirements for design integration and functional operation flows.
• Own end-to-end delivery from hardware and software to manufacturing and reliability.
• Lead vehicle bring-up and manage vehicle-level integration for feature releases.
• Influence early-stage hardware, software, and control designs for optimized architecture.
• Identify technical gaps and define mitigation strategies to ensure product delivery.
• Act as the technical point of contact for suppliers and lead cross-functional troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Richmond, CA at least 3 days per week.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle integration, wiring, mounting, and assembly.
• Proficiency in writing scripts (Python or C++) for automated functional validation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical CAD.
• Experience in full-stack prototyping and sourcing hardware components.
• Strong communication skills for technical liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
