What you will do

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies for cross-border e-commerce, gaming, B2B trade, and logistics sectors.
  • Acquire and manage client relationships to achieve sales KPIs and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to implement customized industry-specific solutions.
  • Optimize client onboarding and transaction processes to enhance user experience and lifetime value.
  • Monitor cross-border payment trends and regulatory developments to produce market insight reports.
  • Expand strategic partnerships with global banks and payment institutions.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in cross-border payments, FX, or card acquiring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and project execution capabilities.
  • Ability to lead teams through complex sales projects and a self-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English; multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Vila Velha, Brazil.

Nice to have

  • Existing client network in e-commerce, gaming, SaaS, or payment technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with markets in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, and North America.
  • Proven experience independently leading complex cross-border payment projects.
