What you will do
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies for cross-border e-commerce, gaming, B2B trade, and logistics sectors.
- Acquire and manage client relationships to achieve sales KPIs and drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to implement customized industry-specific solutions.
- Optimize client onboarding and transaction processes to enhance user experience and lifetime value.
- Monitor cross-border payment trends and regulatory developments to produce market insight reports.
- Expand strategic partnerships with global banks and payment institutions.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in cross-border payments, FX, or card acquiring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and project execution capabilities.
- Ability to lead teams through complex sales projects and a self-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English; multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Vila Velha, Brazil.
Nice to have
- Existing client network in e-commerce, gaming, SaaS, or payment technology sectors.
- Familiarity with markets in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, and North America.
- Proven experience independently leading complex cross-border payment projects.
