What you will do

• Analyze phased array radar systems and develop processing algorithms for object tracking and image generation.
• Design algorithms using Matlab and Python, with implementation in C++ on target hardware.
• Drive system-level requirements and conduct trade studies with cross-functional teams.
• Own real-time processing of radar algorithms on FPGA and DSP-based platforms.
• Support radar integration on aircraft and perform data collection during flight testing.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or otherwise permitted to access export-controlled technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in radar algorithms, system design, and signal processing.
• Proficiency in C++, Matlab, and Python.
• Experience with pulsed and FMCW processing algorithms.
• Experience in airborne radar testing and development.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with avionics certification and system architecture management.
• Background in weather radar or SAR processing.
• Experience integrating and troubleshooting electronic sensors.
