What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve scalable backend microservices using .NET 8/9 and ASP.NET Core.
• Own end-to-end technical solutions, making trade-offs across performance, resilience, and cost.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs following CQRS and Clean Architecture principles.
• Build event-driven and asynchronous processing solutions using Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions.
• Lead data modeling and performance optimization in Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence technical direction and architecture discussions.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with C#, .NET 8/9, and ASP.NET Core.
• Proven expertise in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Deep knowledge of event-driven architecture, Clean Architecture, CQRS, and DDD.
• Advanced experience with Azure SQL, Entity Framework Core, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Advanced English proficiency and residency in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience modernizing legacy .NET systems.
• Familiarity with advanced messaging patterns such as idempotency and eventual consistency.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and security integrations.
• Exposure to observability-driven development and SLO/SLA practices.
