What you will do

• Implement data and workflow integrations between hirify.global products and third-party systems.
• Translate customer requirements into reliable and scalable integration solutions.
• Build, configure, and test automated workflows using APIs.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and project delivery teams to scope integration projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance and data accuracy.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON).
• Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience using integration platforms like Albato, Zapier, or Make.
• Comfortable working with Large Language Models (LLMs) for development and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities independently.
• Must be able to accommodate EST working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or registration platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Cvent.
• Familiarity with EventTech or Martech tools.
• Background in professional services or technical project delivery.
• Ability to write basic scripts in JavaScript or Python.
