What you will do

• Lead clinical database development lifecycle: design, programming, testing, implementation, and post-lock support.
• Provide system administration and advanced technical support for clinical databases and related internal/client applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and clinical database issues; develop and maintain study-specific validation documents.
• Support data management from CRF design through post-database close and archival; contribute to SOPs and process documentation.
• Forecast project hours, identify resource needs, manage budgets, and communicate project status and scope changes.
• Mentor junior programmers, train end users, support onboarding, and participate in EDC demonstrations and trainings.

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in English required (written and oral).
• Minimum 5 years of experience; bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of related experience.
• Experience with clinical database management system development and proficiency in more than one CDMS (forms, edit checks, complex rule development).
• Strong understanding of CDISC standards: CDASH, SDTM, ADaM.
• Experience in clinical/scientific/healthcare discipline and broad knowledge of drug/device/biologic development and data management practices.
• Object Oriented Programming experience (e.g., C#, C++, VBS) and ability to troubleshoot/support peers.

• Oncology and multi-therapeutic area experience.
• Experience with various database programming systems.
