What you will do

• Develop and optimize high-performance backend services using Go.
• Design and maintain event-driven pipelines and messaging systems using Kafka.

• Integrate AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Data Engineering, and AI specialists.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Advanced proficiency in Golang (5+ years)
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Kafka
• Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices at scale
• Proficiency in English
• Open to work in a B2B model
