What you will do

• Design electrical power, lighting, and communication systems for various building projects.
• Produce detailed plans, schematics, one-line diagrams, and construction documents.
• Define electrical scope, estimate materials and labor, and support project planning.
• Perform engineering calculations and develop coordinated electrical layouts using design software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to address design needs and resolve technical questions.
• Support site visits and field coordination to ensure design performance in real-world applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in building electrical design or equivalent strong internship/co-op background.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for electrical design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
• Interest in pursuing EIT/PE licensure.

• Familiarity with lighting calculation software.
