What you will do
- Own Salesforce implementations end-to-end, from initial scoping and design through build, testing, and final adoption.
- Configure core platform elements including custom objects, workflows, automation, reporting, and user setup.
- Gather requirements and design bespoke configurations that fit specific client operations rather than generic setups.
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, transforming messy CRM data into a functional operational backbone.
- Work directly with client teams to ensure the system is actually used and drives business results.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience personally building and deploying Salesforce environments.
- 2-5 years of professional Salesforce configuration and implementation experience.
- Professional English fluency (B2 level minimum).
- Ability to align with morning US hours for client meetings.
- Proven builder mentality with the ability to gather requirements and deliver without micromanagement.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification.
- Background in professional services, consulting, or agencies.
- Experience with integration and automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Comfort working with REST APIs for system integrations.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
