TL;DR

Location: Remote. Availability required for client meetings Mon-Fri, morning US hours (afternoon-evening Eastern European Time)

What you will do

  • Own Salesforce implementations end-to-end, from initial scoping and design through build, testing, and final adoption.
  • Configure core platform elements including custom objects, workflows, automation, reporting, and user setup.
  • Gather requirements and design bespoke configurations that fit specific client operations rather than generic setups.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, transforming messy CRM data into a functional operational backbone.
  • Work directly with client teams to ensure the system is actually used and drives business results.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience personally building and deploying Salesforce environments.
  • 2-5 years of professional Salesforce configuration and implementation experience.
  • Professional English fluency (B2 level minimum).
  • Ability to align with morning US hours for client meetings.
  • Proven builder mentality with the ability to gather requirements and deliver without micromanagement.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification.
  • Background in professional services, consulting, or agencies.
  • Experience with integration and automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
  • Comfort working with REST APIs for system integrations.
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
