What you will do

• Scale sales and marketing functions through automation, AI assistance, and actionable insights.
• Build viral tools, shareable demos, and mini-products to drive organic traffic across fintech, government, and eCommerce sectors.
• Automate prospecting workflows using innovative tools like Clay, GenAI agents, and web scrapers.
• Launch interactive landing pages, calculators, and integrations that showcase AI/ML identity verification capabilities.
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize funnels and iterate rapidly on growth strategies.
• Act as an internal multiplier by creating tools and playbooks for GTM teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Full-stack development skills (JavaScript, Python, React) for building growth experiments.
• Experience with growth tools like Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, or similar multi-step outbound platforms.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI agents to accelerate campaign creation and user research.
• Working knowledge of SQL and audience segmentation for performance measurement.
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier, Retool, or Make.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, custom embeddings) for content creation.
• Deep understanding of demand generation and brand storytelling.
