What you will do

• Own end-to-end client relationships with law firm founders and senior leadership.
• Translate technical deliverables from Legal Engineers into undeniable business value for executives.
• Manage 2-5 active client engagements, running executive meetings and proactively surfacing risks.
• Design and lead change management and adoption strategies for new systems within client firms.
• Handle high-pressure escalations and rebuild stakeholder trust using data and context.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of managing executives at firms with 100+ employees.
• English: B2 level minimum required to advise US-based law firms.
• Availability: Must be able to work US hours (afternoon to evening EET).
• Strong technical fluency to explain and defend systems to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with complex, multi-month digital transformation or SaaS implementations.
