What you will do

  • Handle a high volume of support requests via email and chat with precision and speed.
  • Lead virtual group training sessions and webinars for global clients to drive product adoption.
  • Create digital resources, including video libraries and FAQs, to enable client self-service.
  • Translate client needs into actionable insights for product and account teams in English and German/French.
  • Assist with account configurations and property setups to ensure platform accuracy.

Requirements

  • C1-level fluency in English PLUS German or French
  • At least 1 year in a Customer Support or Client Success role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional professional writing skills to explain complex technical concepts simply.
  • Confidence in hosting webinars and presenting to groups in a virtual environment.
  • Must be based in Cluj, Romania (Remote)

Nice to have

  • Solution-oriented mindset for diagnosing and solving tickets.
  • Experience with webinar tools such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, or Google Meet.
  • Ability to remain organized in a high-volume, remote-first workflow.
