What you will do
- Handle a high volume of support requests via email and chat with precision and speed.
- Lead virtual group training sessions and webinars for global clients to drive product adoption.
- Create digital resources, including video libraries and FAQs, to enable client self-service.
- Translate client needs into actionable insights for product and account teams in English and German/French.
- Assist with account configurations and property setups to ensure platform accuracy.
Requirements
- C1-level fluency in English PLUS German or French
- At least 1 year in a Customer Support or Client Success role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional professional writing skills to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Confidence in hosting webinars and presenting to groups in a virtual environment.
- Must be based in Cluj, Romania (Remote)

- Solution-oriented mindset for diagnosing and solving tickets.
- Experience with webinar tools such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, or Google Meet.
- Ability to remain organized in a high-volume, remote-first workflow.
