What you will do

• Prioritize incoming data requests based on business impact, urgency, and technical feasibility.
• Act as the central bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals.
• Manage resource capacity, demand planning, and onboarding for employee and contractual staff across data teams.
• Identify and remove operational roadblocks and process inefficiencies to improve team effectiveness.
• Coach team leads on best practices for planning, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Promote and integrate generative AI tools to boost team creativity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT leadership, focusing on project management and system enhancements.
• Proven track record of strategic prioritization that drives tangible business value.
• Familiarity with Data Management domains such as BI, data governance, or data analytics.
• Proficiency with modern planning tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Insurance or Financial Services business domain.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
