What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives to achieve excellence through instruction and example.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the team and company in collaboration with the VP of Sales.
• Monitor team pipelines and provide timely, accurate forecasts to leadership.
• Implement market strategies for sustainable IT lifecycle management to drive sales.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and performance management of sales representatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of sales team management experience with demonstrated success in hiring and coaching.
• Experience in a high-technology field (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in the Atlanta/Norcross, GA area.
