What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives to achieve excellence through instruction and example.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the team and company in collaboration with the VP of Sales.
- Monitor team pipelines and provide timely, accurate forecasts to leadership.
- Implement market strategies for sustainable IT lifecycle management to drive sales.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and performance management of sales representatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of sales team management experience with demonstrated success in hiring and coaching.
- Experience in a high-technology field (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in the Atlanta/Norcross, GA area.
