Salary: $112,000–$131,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain deep relationships with key correctional stakeholders and state officials.
• Deconstruct and document the specific needs of correctional actors and justice-involved individuals.
• Translate partner requirements into actionable steps for product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Drive partnerships toward measurable impact and long-term financial sustainability.
• Navigate high-intensity environments, including prison facilities and parole offices.
• Deploy core product offerings and ad hoc data analysis to support state objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, product management, policy, or political strategy.
• Existing relationships and experience working with Pennsylvania government agencies.
• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with a focus on process leadership.
• Ability to work effectively in challenging, high-intensity environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).
