What you will do

• Build and maintain persona-based demo solutions that illustrate the business value of the hirify.global platform across various use cases.
• Collaborate with 3rd party providers to define data requirements and ensure the accuracy of demo workflows.
• Update demo environments to reflect new product features and business value in coordination with the Product team.
• Configure and manage customer sandbox environments, including usage analysis and reporting to sales and CS teams.
• Create and deliver technical content, reusable assets, and enable internal Sales and Presales teams.
• Lead demo-based initiatives by establishing project timelines, setting deliverables, and managing risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demo engineering or sales engineering roles.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and the personas supporting revenue organizations.
• Experience with demo frameworks (e.g., Demo2Win) and demo solutions (e.g., TestBox, Demostack, Saleo).
• Proven track record of solving complex technical and integration challenges.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical datasets, scripts, and demo recordings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior audiences.
