Compensation: $112,000–$131,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders in state correctional agencies.
• Document and translate partner needs into actionable requirements for product, design, and engineering teams.
• Deploy core product offerings and data analysis capabilities to support state objectives.
• Drive partnerships toward measurable impact and long-term financial sustainability.
• Navigate high-intensity environments, including prison facilities and parole offices.
• Develop and maintain clear, replicable processes for internal and external partner management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, product management, policy, or political strategy.
• Must have existing relationships and experience working with Massachusetts government agencies.
• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on documentation.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work in challenging environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).
