What you will do

• Lead low voltage projects for data centers from design to completion, ensuring alignment with milestones and budgets.
• Develop detailed project scopes and budgets for building automation systems (BAS), structured cabling, and CCTV.
• Supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality installation and adherence to codes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors while overseeing procurement of materials.
• Track project progress and provide data-driven status reports to management for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure all installations comply with relevant building and electrical codes and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in low voltage systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in the mission-critical or data center industry.
• Advanced knowledge of BAS, structured cabling, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and MS Project.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship or transfer available).
