What you will do

• Develop and lead the international business development strategy to unlock new strategic growth opportunities.
• Identify priority targets and create structured roadmaps to effectively reach them.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop impactful pitch decks and proposals that align brand value propositions with prospect interests.
• Manage the business pipeline and lead the process for RFI and RFP responses.
• Act as a consultant to prospective clients, advising them on best practices to amplify their role within culture.
• Represent the agency at national and international conferences to generate new business leads.

Requirements

• Significant agency, consulting, or in-house experience with a proven track record in a similar business development role.
• Experience in strategic decision-making, campaign planning, and asset development.
• Established network across brands and rightsholders within the international sports and entertainment space.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English (minimum C1 level).
• Willingness to travel internationally is required.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at senior decision-making levels.
