What you will do

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for initial and subsequent client deployments of licensed software.
• Provide project management and configuration services to ensure successful client onboarding.
• Manage core connectivity and third-party integrations while facilitating interaction between clients and internal departments.
• Drive project resources toward completion while maintaining proactive and responsive client service.
• Educate clients on software capabilities and provide best practice recommendations to meet their goals.
• Act as a liaison to communicate customer enhancement ideas to the product organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems.
• Effective presentation skills and comfort speaking to groups remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
