What you will do

• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances with hedging brokers.
• Analyze and resolve breaks in a timely manner.
• Monitor and reconcile broker margin requirements to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Support risk mitigation by maintaining strong financial controls and escalation practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the Hedging Control team.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience within Financial Services (Reconciliation or Middle Office preferred).
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Broad and in-depth understanding of financial instruments.
• Ability to take ownership of daily hedging control processes and ensure accurate outcomes.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/VBA.
