What you will do

• Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns across the entire lifecycle.
• Build targeted customer communication journeys and automation workflows using HubSpot.
• Drive customer advocacy initiatives, including reviews on Trustpilot and G2.
• Design referral programs to encourage customer recommendations.
• Partner with Account Management and Customer Experience to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Own the regional customer marketing calendar, budgets, and campaign performance metrics.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C1+) and English.
• Proven experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or B2B campaign management.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, and reporting).
• Ability to work from the Amsterdam office in a hybrid capacity.
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success or Account Management teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on commercial performance data.
