What you will do

  • Define market entry strategies and adapt the German playbook to local market dynamics.
  • Curate high-impact product assortments balancing hero SKUs with local retailer needs.
  • Set promotional guardrails and trade investment frameworks to ensure commercial success while protecting brand equity.
  • Develop scalable, channel-specific in-store activation toolkits for international sales teams.
  • Act as the primary interface between the core German team and international sales leads.
  • Track and drive performance against key metrics including distribution and sell-through.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in key account management, category management, or trade marketing.
  • Industry background in sports nutrition, FMCG, or consumer health.
  • Deep expertise in JBP negotiations and end-to-end trade term management.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-market strategies and adapt to local retail landscapes.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Must be able to travel to Germany for monthly visits.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German or another European language.
  • Experience with data-driven category management tools and shopper insights.
