What you will do
- Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Deliver timely financial analysis and commentary to senior management.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify variances.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Provide proactive line management for a small finance team.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in financial management and reporting.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with accounting systems.
- Proven experience in managing a finance team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commercial mindset.
