Salary: $105,000–$135,000 + 10% target bonus

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end marketing automation strategy to align efforts with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Design and manage sophisticated automated campaigns, including multi-touch nurture programs and complex lead scoring models.
  • Lead integration between marketing automation and CRM platforms to ensure seamless data flow and pipeline attribution.
  • Analyze system performance metrics and develop dashboards to present actionable insights for campaign ROI improvement.
  • Establish automation standards and governance frameworks to ensure scalability and compliance.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to support sales enablement and customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing automation, demand generation, or marketing operations.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Marketo and strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and execute complex automated marketing workflows and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data analytics tools for decision-making.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
