What you will do

• Develop and manage a data-driven UA strategy aligned with company objectives across the portfolio.
• Partner with product and creative teams to validate early game concepts and optimize launch strategies.
• Directly manage and scale innovative campaigns across various UA traffic channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Product teams throughout soft launch and global launch phases.
• Identify new growth opportunities and stay current with mobile gaming trends and technologies.
• Implement AI and automation to enhance campaign performance and creative workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on performance-focused UA and growth experience specifically within the mobile gaming industry.
• Deep knowledge of paid channels, UA creative trends, and measurement frameworks.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns to expand audiences and revenue.
• Strong analytical and creative instincts for campaign strategy and experimentation.
