What you will do

  • Create detailed media plans, managing availability, blocklists, and costings.
  • Develop brief responses by sourcing relevant audience data, case studies, and insights.
  • Manage the campaign handover to the delivery team to ensure technical setup matches client sales.
  • Identify, approach, and pitch to new shows and agents to expand the hirify.global Studios portfolio.
  • Monitor UK and hirify.global podcast industry trends, competitor movements, and tech developments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Originals, marketing, and tech teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the podcast industry.
  • Solid understanding of ad tech systems and processes, including troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Experience managing complex negotiations and contracts with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for consultative partner work.
  • Exceptional prioritization and decision-making abilities.
