What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for NLP, summarization, semantic search, and prediction.
• Develop scalable, high-performance systems that meet production-grade reliability and efficiency standards.
• Build and optimize models using transformers and LLMs to generate insights from millions of discrete data sources.
• Collaborate with product management and data collection teams to align AI strategy with business goals.
• Experiment with emerging GenAI technologies and translate research findings into practical platform solutions.
• Mentor peers through code and design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software or machine learning engineering with a focus on insight generation.
• Expertise in NLP, LLMs, and ML libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas, and numpy.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade GenAI or LLM-based systems with measurable impact.
• Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and scalable data pipelines (Apache Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake).
• Experience with cloud-native development, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the LangChain ecosystem (LangSmith, LangGraph) in production environments.
• Prior exposure to fintech or financial data platforms.
• Experience authoring research papers for peer-reviewed AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
