TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Financial Services): Driving new business growth across financial services sub-verticals including Banking and FinTech with an accent on consultative selling and strategic account planning. Focus on securing new enterprise logos, managing complex deal cycles, and engaging C-level stakeholders to implement revenue intelligence solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (3 days office / 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Drive new business growth across FS sub-verticals such as Banking, FinTech, Payments, Mortgage & Lending, and Insurance.
  • Develop tailored account plans to identify key decision-makers and new revenue opportunities.
  • Communicate hirify.global's value proposition to potential customers to generate excitement and demand.
  • Engage with C-suite executives and CROs to establish hirify.global as the market leader in Revenue Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with SDR and Sales Engineering teams to craft and execute account-based sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise Financial Services clients.
  • Proven track record of selling to C-suite and GTM stakeholders in organizations with 1,000+ employees.
  • Experience utilizing MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling methodologies.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
